Susie, one of our Hygienists, graduated from Loma Linda University with a Bachelors
Degree in Dental Hygiene in 1974. She has worked with Dr. Potts since 1981. Susie has enjoyed watching
her dental family grow. The children of our adult patients have grown, and have children of their own;
bringing them in for their introduction to the "dentist" and starting them on the road to
keeping their healthy teeth and beautiful smiles throughout their entire lives.
Shari McGuire,
Registered Dental Assistant
Shari Mcguire-- I received my dental assisting license in 1981. I have worked for Dr.
Potts for over 24 years as his chairside assistant. I have four daughters and I live in Simi Valley.
I love to garden on my days off.
Karen Daberko
I have been a member of Dr Potts' team for 2 years. The Navy brought my family here
to Camarillo from Colorado. I love being with my husband and son. My hobby is scrapbooking.

Moving from Romania to Southern California 15 years ago certainly was an opportunity
to try out and see what "fits". After spending the first few years in retail, I had a chance
to enter the dental field.... that was 14 years ago. It's rewarding and challenging; and that's what
makes it enjoyable to me.

I have enjoyed working in the dental profession for 18 years. I have received my RDA
license and coronal polishing license. I am married and have one daughter. My family and I enjoy going
to movies and watching sports, and my hobby is photography.

I have been in the dental field for over 9 years. I am a Registered Dental Assistant; however, I am
studying to become a dental hygienist. I live in Santa Paula and have a cute little daughter.
Mitzie Stalsworth, Office Staff
Mitzie Stalsworth works primarily in the Port Hueneme office. She answers insurance
questions, appoints patients, answers patient's questions, and makes financial arrangements.
Denise Togami, Patient Treatment Coordinator
I have worked in the dental field for the past 17 years. I have spent my time both assisting doctors with
treating patients and in the front of the dental office helping patients to make appointments and with
insurance questions. This experience in both sections of the dental office gives me more of an ability
to answer questions that may arise about treatment.
I am one of the newest members of the dental team and I am enjoying meeting all the
established and new patients that come to the office for treatment.
Denise enjoys outdoor activities including horse back riding.

I have been a dental assistant for the past 16 years; eight years ago I completed my extended function curriculum
allowing me to help the doctors more by being able to complete additional procedures on my own.
I enjoy working with an organized dental team helping patients receive the treatment
they desire.
I spend my free time with my family being a mom and experiencing new culinary cuisine.
