match. Next, bleaching gel (carbamide peroxide) is put into
the tray. How long you leave the tray in is determined by
you and your dentist. Some people need very little time, others
a few hours per day for a few weeks. Don't worry; the tray
is comfortable, so comfortable in fact many go to sleep with
it on.
